1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or booking any service from Vasantham Repair Center ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Vasantham Repair Center provides doorstep repair and maintenance services for home appliances including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and televisions. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer.
3. Service Booking
- Service bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp message, or the online booking form on our website.
- Booking a service does not constitute a confirmed appointment until our team calls you to confirm the time.
- We reserve the right to decline service for any model, brand, or issue we cannot safely service.
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled technician visit.
4. Diagnosis & Estimates
- A nominal diagnosis/inspection fee of ₹250 applies for the technician visit.
- This inspection fee is waived off if you proceed with the suggested repair work.
- We will always provide a cost estimate before starting any repair work.
- Final charges may vary if additional faults are discovered during repair.
5. Repairs & Parts
- We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts for all repairs.
- We do not accept liability for pre-existing internal damages discovered during disassembly.
- All replaced faulty parts are disposed of unless the customer requests to keep them.
6. Warranty Policy
- We offer a 30-day warranty on our service workmanship.
- Spare parts replaced by us carry up to a 90-day warranty depending on the part type.
- Warranty covers the same fault only — it does not cover new or unrelated issues.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is opened or tampered with by any other technician after our repair.
7. Limitations of Liability
Vasantham Repair Center's maximum liability for any service is limited to the cost of that specific repair. We are not liable for any consequential damages including food spoilage, water damage, or loss of appliance use.
8. Brand Disclaimer
Vasantham Repair Center is an independent, multi-brand service provider. All brand names, trademarks, logos, and models (such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, etc.) are properties of their respective owners and are used solely for identification.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
